Classes

Growing Little Loves classes offer sensory and process art based experiences that are open-ended and exploratory in nature, created for children (and their caregivers) to explore at their own pace. Artists will engage in child-led creative art making, imaginative play, sensory activities, messy play and (hopefully) making friends in a welcoming, fun and social environment. All classes are an experience for the child(ren) and caregiver to build a creative relationship while exploring new and engaging activities together. Self-expression, curiosity, creativity and choices are celebrated.

Art Playgroup

Ages 2(ish)-6 (ish) // Drop-in Style (weekly registration)

Here is what you can expect from a Growing Little Loves Art Play Group:
-- hands-on, child led art and sensory activities (materials may include: playdoh, slime, paint, clay, collage, mixed media, etc.!)
-- make and take individual art project
-- dry and messy sensory bins
-- water play
-- playdough table with loose parts invitation
--collaborative painting stations
-- several imaginative play invitations

-- focus on process art (process of creating and exploring) not art with an end result
-- messy fun, please wear clothes that are okay to get messy (or perhaps bring a change of clothes!)

Clean up is on us!
** Each child must be accompanied by a caregiver. Caregivers are responsible for the health and wellbeing of their child(ren) at all times during art play group. **

Art Tots

Ages 1-3 years (not yet 4) // 6 Week Session

Here is what you can expect from Growing Little Loves Art Tots:

Babe Group

Ages 8 months - 2 years (not yet 3) // 6 Week Session

Here is what you can expect from a Growing Little Loves Babe Group:
-- hands-on, child led art and sensory activities (materials may include: playdoh, slime, paint, clay, mixed media, etc.!)
-- individual art project with layers added each week and taken home at the end of the session
-- dry and messy sensory bins
-- water play
--collaborative painting stations
-- several imaginative play invitations

Birthday Parties!

Offering on first come first served basis each month

Growing Little Loves Birthday Party: 1 hour of play for up to 10 kids $250.00 (additional kids $10/each)
• Themed art project (art bar style, examples: embellished canvases, treasure boxes, wands. We can talk based on if you have a theme!)
• Birthday Coloring Sign-- personalized and hand drawn
• 1-2* themed sensory bins (*as your space allows)

• Play Dough Invitation-- homemade play dough with themed loose parts play

•• Themes offered: birthday party, mythical creatures (dragons and unicorns), dinosaurs, cars/trucks, animals, under the sea, space and custom (custom could cost more as I may not have items on hand to match your theme).
•• Also included-- set up/clean up and Alison would be hanging out on site to help facilitate creativity and play-- allowing for you to focus on the birthday kiddo, party guests and other party tasks besides entertaining the kids!
